France Vs Poland Results: Les Bleus Wins 3-1, Qualifies for the Quarterfinals
2022 World Cup National Team, on Sunday (4/12/2022) evening WIB. Playing at the Al Thumama Stadium, the landslide victory over Poland then led France to qualify for the quarterfinals.
Three goals for France's victory were contributed by Olivier Giroud in the 44th minute and Kylian Mbappe's brace which he scored in the 74th and 90 + 1 minutes. One consolation goal for Poland was scored by Robert Lewandowski via a penalty kick in the 90+9 minute.
With the victory over Poland, now the French national team is only waiting for the results of the England vs Senegal match to find out who their opponents will be in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup. The England vs Senegal match will only be played on Monday 5 December 2022 at 02.00 WIB.
Course of the Match
First round
France immediately started the game very aggressively. Les Bleus immediately showed a quick tempo of play, even so, Poland was also able to keep up with the rhythm being played.

Poland is very difficult to be able to get the opportunity to counterattack. France's attacks continued to make Poland very busy to defend their goal.
Giroud again managed to break into the Polish goal with a very slick overhead kick. However, the referee blew the whistle first after a collision occurred in the Polish penalty area so the goal was not counted.
In the 74th minute, France managed to double their advantage after Mbappe successfully took advantage of Dembele's cross from a perfect counter-attack pattern. Now France is winning 2-0.
